As I read about the new decision on this more than two decades old case I can’t get the image of the New Black Panthers operators dressed in paramilitary garb, complete with identifying insignia, wielding batons and shouting threats at those they deemed to be McCain supporters.
The “ballot security task force” was a measure that proposed to do just that. Ensure the security of ballots and the integrity of the voting process.
In 1981, like now, new Jersey was a cesspool of liberal corruption, and fraudulent elections. In particular, then like now, Newark and Trenton were the hot bed of the type of elections one normally associates with Chicago, Daley and Barack Hussein Obama. The alarm was raised when over 45,000 registration letters were returned “undeliverable,” obviously with fraudulent addresses.
In strict compliance with election laws Republicans requested that armed off duty police officers patrol the voting sites to ensure the integrity of the voting process. large signs were also posted reading as follows:

IT IS A CRIME TO FALSIFY A BALLOT OR TO VIOLATE ELECTION LAWS
The Democrats argued that their constituents would be scared by any sign compelling them to respect election laws, filed a civil suit, found a liberal judge to hear the case and won.
What is truly interesting is that the democrats have filed no such voter intimidation law suits against ACORN, the New Black Panthers or the sons of Democrat candidates who slashed the tires of Republican voters. Its also very telling to note that the democrats are intimidating politicians to vote for measures that would prohibit anonymous voting for union elections but they will not support a voter’s ID card for political elections.
It is clear that the Democrats have no other concern than to gain as much power as possible and enslave every last one of us.
This latest challenge resulted in the judge issuing modifications to the restrictions namely the judge decreed that the DNC is the only body that can now bring violations to the court’s attention. The RNC calls this a step in the right direction because it reduces the potentially endless stream of baseless allegations whose only purpose is to intimidate those who would raise questions about voter fraud.
The Judge also agreed to allow the measure to expire eight years from now.
Here is the “reasoning” that Judge Dickinson Debevoise used to continue to allow Democrats to run rough shod over election laws:
“the appointment of minority officials within the RNC has not coincided with an end to racially polarized voting. Rather, minority voters continue to overwhelmingly support Democratic candidates. As long as that is the case, the RNC and other Republican groups may be tempted to keep qualified minority voters from casting their ballots, especially in light of the razor-thin margin of victory by which many elections have been decided in recent years.”
Let’s try to understand this racist bull s*t. The judges admits that Republicans have appointed minorities to official posts within the RNC but because minorities don’t vote Republican the Republicans will be tempted to stop minorities from voting.
Note the use of the word “tempted” and the complete lack of any mention of evidence to prove this. He didn’t mention it because there isn’t any! He is basing his decision on what he thinks might someday be a “temptation”! Are you at all surprised that this vermin was appointed by Jimmy Carter?
This federal judge just ruled that a law should exist becasue someone might be “TEMPTED” to do something! Do you understand how dangerous it is to have these kind on people in positions of such tremendous power? No you can’t have a McDonalds in the city because people might be tempted to eat there and get fat thus causing undue expenses to Universal Care.
No you cannot read that book because you might be “tempted” to go out and vote against socialism.
No you cannot own that gun because you might be tempted to defend yourself.
I read things like this and I really have wonder if its not too late. If we’ll ever be able to reverse course and recover from the leftist cancer that has taken hold in America.

A federal judge today upheld a New Jersey redistricting map favored by Democrats that breaks up three legislative districts with a majority of black and Hispanic voters and spreads them over several other districts.
The ruling came three days before Thursday’s state deadline for candidates to submit nominating petitions in the June 5 primary for all 80 seats in the State General Assembly.
