We noted many times that the supply lines to Afghanistan are a precarious at best. Two things happened this week that gives us reason to believe that Putin has taken Obama’s measure.
First Obama declined to send in more troops ion Afghanistan as requested by the commanders on the ground.
Second Obama is unilaterally dismantling the missile shield in Europe.
What do those things have in common? Putin and his control over the supply lines to our troops in Afghanistan.
