Reg Weaver at the DNC, why don't the funds ask this fat slob for the money?

Three Indiana “Speculator” funds have filled emergency papers to stop the sale of Chrysler to FIAT.
OK that’s the headline that you’ll see in the drivel-by-media. A more reality based headline should be this:

Three Indiana state pension funds are trying to block the give away of Chrysler, and their money, to the UWA proletariat and FIAT.

Let’s face it, it’s all a give away.  There is no selling involved, except for the bill of goods that Obama and Geithner have sold to us for $20 billion dollars.
Now, here is the rub, the funds are using silly words such as  “the plan is illegal and tramples their [the funds] rights.” And to further show their naivete the pension funds further allege that “the Treasury and Obama,  [are] using the Chapter 11 process to reward creditors that the ‘government deems politically important‘.” The funds actually break it down into right buck wild, childish giddiness,”the Treasury Department has taken constructive possession of Chrysler and is requiring it to adopt a sale plan in bankruptcy that violates the most fundamental principles of credit rights.”

Yeah? No kidding! These are state pension funds.  Specifically, the Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund, Indiana State Police Pension Trust, and Indiana Major Movers Construction Fund. I have a question for the worthies whose money has gone up in the Chrysler tail pipe and Obama-pie- hole pipe smoke .

Whom exactly did you vote for?

Answer, the National Education Association, headed by Reg Weaver  endorsed Obama. The the National Association of Police Organizations also voted for Obama.  Here is the NAPO president Tom Nee gushing about it “[i]t’s my great honor this morning to pledge to you and to commit to you the support of 287,000 police officers from around the country.” The AFL-CIO  Building and Construction Trades Department (BCTD), a coalition of 13 unions,  endorsed Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) for president,  as did the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (IFPTE).

That about covers most of the people whose money is involved in the attempt to block the sale.  So the very same people that were front and center on inflicting Obama upon our country now cry that Obama is doing exactly what he said he would do and exactly what they voted for.

When OBAMA tried to nationalize the banks, how many of the above mentioned unions protested?  Far from it.  Most were front and center demanding the tar and feathering of Wall Street. Were they all so very concerned about the people who lost their pension money when Obama made the stocks of so many banks worthless by forcing dilutive TARP funds upon them? They didn’t say word one, did they? I don’t remember seeing any union rallies protesting the takeover of our banks.

When we went out and held our Tea Parties to protest the takeover of our industries by Obama and the Democrats, I don’t remember any of your unions coming to support us. I do, however, remember some  unionized construction workers of lower Manhattan calling us traitors.

God in his infinite wisdom has chosen to further show the Godless leftists what their own actions brings upon them. In a twist of fate so ironic that it defies logic, the  emergency papers to stop the giveaway

Ruth lib freak Ginsberg
Ruth lib freak Ginsberg

of Chrysler to FIAT  are first being reviewed by none other than Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The Vermin that is Ginsburg w can choose to grant cert or deep six the request.  Its so easy for her to say niet. She doesn’t even have to write an opinion, or give any justification. She can just tell them to stuff it or do nothing at all and it automatically gets stuffed. So here we have three unions, all of them notoriously  left-leaning, suing the administration that they so enthusiastically support and the case is being decided by the one freak on the SOTUS that the libs hail as the guardian of all that is left.

Well, well, well.  I always knew that God has a sense of humor. I can’t wait to see how Ginsberg will rule? Will she side with the unions (the base of the Democrat party) and the law, or will she side with  Obama and the party’s power elite? What do you think? Ha, if anyone gives you even odds on that, bet the house.

There’s a cliche that’s become ubiquitous lately – elections have consequences. Damn right they do,  especially when your own candidate is “consequencing” you so hard your eyes are popping out of your head.

A protestor at the first NYC Tea party, unions, Iwish you had been there. By now I bet that so do you.
