Picking through the gibberish that Obama read from his teleprompter for his weekly radio address we found a few particularly hypocritical pearls of wisdom regarding  morality and obligations to one’s family and the larger human family.

Obama read the following : “These are all fabrications that have been put out there in order to discourage people from meeting what I consider to be a core ethical and moral obligation: that is that we look out for one another, that I am my brother’s keeper, I am my sister’s keeper. In the wealthiest nation on earth right now, we are neglecting to live up to that call.”

Its probably a good thing  that Obama, ever the lawyer, didn’t specifically mention  anything about being one’s “half-brother’s keeper” or “aunt’s keeper”.  By omitting these terms, Obama thinks that he gave himself a modicum of plausible deniability. As you all know, Obama’s brother – ahhhhh make that his “half brother” – lives comfortably in an upscale, mud-floored hut in Africa and his aunt lives significantly more comfortably in a public housing project on your and my dime! I suppose Obama will have to apologize to the world that Americans are so stingy that they don’t provide his illegal alien aunt with a townhouse and maybe a BMW.

This is such a  microcosmic illustration of the liberal disease. The libit elites will amass power and wealth while at the same time making sure to steal from you as much as they can to support themselves and their relatives.

As far as the other larger issue of Obama pontificating about “moral obligations,” what can anyone do but stare in stunned amazement at what we had shoved down our collective throat – a charlatan who voted to allow the continued murder of babies born alive while at the same time chastising us for failing to live up to his moral standards?
