U.S. health officials say swine flu could strike up to 40 percent of Americans over the next two years and as many as several hundred thousand could die if a vaccine campaign and other measures aren’t successful.

That’s absolutely unacc3ptable especially when it could have been prevented. It also happens to be what I wrote not long ago in this article

Don’t you just love the nonchalant way that the CDC makes this announcement? Oh yeah so by the way a few hundred thousands could die from a disease that we did little or nothing to stop. I really wonder if this country could survive as,  a nation, such a catastrophe?
