In the second ruling on the Second Amendment the Supreme Court of The United States reaffirmed, for all 50 states, the God given right to self defense.
Writing for the five justice majority Justice Samuel Alito wrote “the right to keep and bear arms must be regarded as a substantive guarantee, not a prohibition that could be ignored so long as the States legislated in an evenhanded manner.”
This is a great preemptive shot not just at future infringements which municipalities might try to justify as “being fair” but also at the entire corrupt leftist agenda which seeks to impose dictatorial rule under the guise of “fairness”
Justice Alito rightly stated that human rights, including the second amendment are a “guarantee” from God – my words- and as such not something to be manipulated under the liberal catch phrase du jour, “fairness!” His words and thinking are a template that we can apply to defend our rights from the Communist onslaught.
On the dark side please note that the decision is just a 5 to 4 decision and a fundamental right granted to humans by God was decided on a knife’s edge with four arrogant imbeciles believing that they know better.
