Scott Walker , Hero of the revolution

Once again a very small but very vociferous element of our population  is out in the streets engaging in yet another of their never ending assaults on our democracy  and demonizing a man who dares to stand up to and champion freedom !

The thing is, that like much of what the left has done in the past two years this too is backfiring.

To listen to the barking from the jackals on the left, Scott Walker is out to destroy the unions and the freedom of people to congregate. In a moment of weakness  I was even watched Napolitano one night and even he went on and on talking about the people’s right to congregate vs. the so called “right to collective bargaining.”  Sure Napolitano is correct but that is not the issue.  If only Napolitano would have bothered to read what Governor Scott Walker proposed he would know that all this hollering about “ending collective bargaining” is nothing but the classic left wing tactic of lying, obfuscating and misdirecting.  ( Then again if he did Napolitano would have nothing to yell about, but that’s a different story)

If we want a conservative presidential candidate with fire in his veins and the will to take on the left overlooking Scott Walker would be a mistake

Of course Scott Walker doesn’t want to abolish collective bargaining all he is proposing is that collective bargaining be limited only to the base salary.  What Scott Walker wants to take off the collective bargaining table is the ridiculous tenure that incompetent teachers get and  he wants to take the ability to fire bad teachers off the collective table.  He wants to be able to implement merit pay without the unions blocking it with “collective bargaining!”  Who among us is against firing bad teachers? Who among is against rewarding the good teachers?

There are already FIVE states where collective bargaining is explicitly prohibited

The other union busting measure that Scott Walker is undertaking  is implementing secret ballots for the annual

IS this this Obamas' civilized discourse

certification of unions. This is by far the one measure that unions fear, it is the one measure for which they fight tooth an nail, just as all dictators do when their power is threatened. The same unions and the same leftist freaks that  oppose any kind of voter identification check for political elections want all their members’ votes to be public. That makes perfect sense does it not? After all if you have to present identification to then vote in secret at a political election you might run the risk of not being allowed to vote if you are here illegally or you might only be allowed to vote three or four times. On the other hand it is perfectly safe to vote publicly against unions.  So the union bosses and their thugs  know your name. So what?

What the union bosses really fear
Another thing that Scott Walker wants to abolish is the shakedown of union members by their bosses. In Wisconsin as in too many other states the state employees union dues are take out of their paychecks. The state in effect forcefully takes money out of the Teacher’s pay check and gives it to the union bosses. Scott Walker wants to do the same thing that New York City has implemented. He wants to make union dues contribution voluntary instead of automatic and he wants the state to stop being a racketeering tool for union bosses, the members will have to sen the money to the unions on their own. Whne this was done in New York City the result was a 30% drop in union dues. THIS IS WHY THE UNION BOSSES ARE SO AFRAID

Have unions been known to use violence or intimidation, nahhhhh. The only reason to oppose secret ballots in union voting is so that the dictatorial thugs who run the unions have a means of keeping their boot on the neck of those in the rank and file who oppose them. Scott Walker’s proposal that secret ballot be used to certify the unions is far form “union busting”, it is in fact a measure to bring freedom and democracy to the unions.

What is more American than the secret voting ballot?  Is there a more powerful tool in the arsenal of freedom and democracy than the secret ballot? Isn’t it odd that the same people who so adamantly oppose asking for identification in political elections so as to stop fraud and illegals from voting are demanding  that hard working law abiding Americans be forced to break the very covenant of Democracy , the secret ballot, when voting in Union election?

For standing up to the union jackals, for having the courage to do the will of the people of Wisconsin, and for being a steadfast champion of freedom  Scott Walker has earned himself a spot in the long, long line of  American heroes.

  1. Scott Walker is an example and set a precedent for Conservatives going forward. Americans want their wealth they earned, Liberty, Freedom, country and Rights set by God back!

The Founders wanted a small responsible government of the PEOPLE and the U.S Constitution LIMITS what the “government” can do. All other rights and actions given or implied are reserved to the People!
