Janet Napolitano, just mention the name of this ever vigilant warrior and terrorists shake in their burkahs. The very same woman under whose governorship Phoenix became the kidnapping capital of the US, the very same woman who just classified the two most predominantly white groups in America , veterans and conservatives as possible terrorists decided to make up for that by decriminalizing illegal border crossings. ( There were reports that as she was doing this she was break dancing in her track suit humming Obama inaugural hymn, Jay- Z’s   “no mo white lies my Prezeeeden is black” . DHS denies that  she was wearing a track suit calling it propaganda promoted by right wing accountants, and dreaded white construction workers, former participants in the tea parties, instead DHS says that she was wearnig a sporty velvet pant suit )

Heeeeere’s Jaaaaan , “And yes, when we find illegal workers, yes, appropriate action, some of which is criminal, most of that is civil, because crossing the border is not a crime per se. It is civil. But anyway, going after those as well.”

She made this characteristic display of brilliance on the show of the equally brilliant Larry King, he who has sired the ” my son told me he wants to be black because blacks have all the advantages” male yenta , and no the latter didn’t call her on it, but Julie Kirchner, Executive Director of FAIR sure did:

ENTRY WITHOUT INSPECTION IS A CRIME: In fact, pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1325, crossing the border illegally is a crime–a misdemeanor for the first offense and a felony for the second and subsequent offenses. But of course, ignoring or mischaracterizing the law is a very convenient way for those in power to avoid the laws they find most inconvenient. Sadly, statements such as these are also a signal that Americans will have to wait a long time before their government articulates any credible immigration enforcement policy.
