I kid you not, this past weekend Gibbs – the guy Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel send out instead of Obama when it’s not practical to set up teleprompters- blamed Bush and Giuliani for the harebrained idea of bringing terrorists to NYC for trial.
Gibbs cited the Zacharia Mussaui and shoe bomber Richard Reid as precedent for not using military commissions.
