First U.S. Death from Pig Flu…is a Mexican Baby

By Maschi

My heart breaks for Mexico.  My heart breaks for this little baby who died in Texas.  But let’s be clear.  There has been NO U.S. death from swine flu – yet.  A Mexican baby died on U.S. soil.  I’ll repeat that.  That little baby was from Mexico.

The reports of a first U.S. death are purposely MISLEADING!

The baby entered the country from Mexico with his family on April 4 to visit family in Texas.  Four days later, the baby developed flu symptoms.  By April 13, the baby was hospitalized in Texas.  By Monday, April 27, that poor little baby was dead.

Now, tell me:

1. Why aren’t we closing the borders?

2. Why aren’t didn’t we close the borders on April 13?

3. Why wasn’t the public warned about a threat of a swine flu outbreak until April 25/26 (buried in weekend news) and why were the reports in connection with a school in NYC that had been closed days earlier and not in connection with a baby that had been in a Texas hospital FOR TWO WEEKS?

4. Why are Mexicans dying but NOT U.S. citizens?

5. Why aren’t we helping the Mexicans?

6. Why weren’t we helping the Mexicans weeks ago…surely King Obama knew about this outbreak weeks ago?  Or was he too busy buying puppies and playing on the new WH jungle gym?
