Do you know Reverend Kimber? Reverand Boise Kimber is a New Haven Connecticut political figure perennial mayoral adviser and a fire commissioner and oh yea, FELON. Many say that he is the one responsible for the Sotomayor appellate court decision that whites , and two hispanics, would not get promoted based on merit but rather on skin color.
Apparently when not busy being prosecuted and convicted for stealing prepaid funeral expenses from an elderly woman and then lying about the matter under oath, Reverend Kimber is busy making court appearances and issuing thinly veiled threats.
Reverend Kimber is the one who testified and threatened the four judge panel saying ” I look at this board tonight I see three whites and one hispanic an no blacks, I would hope that you do not put yourselves in that positions..The political ramifiations that may come back upon you as you sit on this board and you decide these men’s future”
Apparently this is the threatened law suit which Sotomayor claimed was the reason for her ruling against the white and hispanic firefighters. I for one believe that it just gave her a pretext to rule as she intended to do all along but that’s another story.
For now lets focus on Reverand Bacon , ahhh I mean Reverand Boise Kimber.
Apprently Connecticut laws do not apply to the Reverend, With $350 in unpaid parking tickets, Reverend Bacon..geez I got to stop that, Reverend Boise KImber’s eco friendly pimped out white GMC Yukon was a prime candidate for a complementary tow to the city pond. Here is how the New Haven Independent describes the occurrence:
We gave authorization to tow that car,” Piscitelli said. The car was so big, however, that it needed to be removed with a flatbed truck — a much more time-intensive operation than the standard hook-and-drag.
The Lombard crew had begun to position the flatbed for removal when out popped Kimber into the street.
“He engaged the tow truck agent and the marshal,” Piscitelli said. Kimber and Criscuolo exchanged words. Then Criscuolo reversed the towing order and let Kimber go free.
“I didn’t help anybody out,” Criscuolo claimed. “He [Kimber] didn’t owe any parking tickets” on the vehicle, he said.
When told that the car had over $300 in outstanding parking tickets, Criscuolo gave this response: “As far as I’m concerned, there was a glitch somewhere in the system.” In his time on the job, “I’ve seen hundreds and hundreds of glitches in the system.”
OK, so here we have more evidence that just like in the former communist contries and banana republics the world over we are quickly devolving form a nation of laws to a nation of which party , Democrat Party that is , politician you know.
PS He even looks like some slimy Sub Saharan Africa Dictator doesn’t he? How many like him and Reverend Sharpton and Jackson are out there and how long before one of them becomes the next “blessed one?”
