The Brown Shirts have become , and rightfully so, one of history’s most succinct expressions for modern era dictatorial brutality, anti democratic subversion and political intimidation.

The image of Hitler’s Brown Shirted battalions of thugs marching trough Berlin and intimidating, beating and killing political rivals are, or should be,  etched in the  universal consciousness of every living person.

What has however remained  hidden form the worldwide consciousness  is that the Brown Shirt’s legacy is in fact the legacy of  a left wing , socialist , anti Christian,  homosexual organization – and this omission is of course by design. Just do a search for   “Night of the Long Knives”  and see how many sites pop up that will even mention, except maybe in passing, that the SA’s  (the Brown Shirts) high command, including its leader Earnst Rohm  were  homosexuals… No that fact has to be kept hidden from the public because the evil in this world is created not by blacks or minorities or homosexuals but by conservative white heterosexual Christians don’t you know.

You heard said  that history repeats itself but how often did you believe it? More importantly how often did you actually see it happen? Well, it’s happening now. The new Brown Shirts live not in Germany but in the current bastion of socialist hatred, California. The new Brown Shirts are not street brawlers, not yet , but they are just as dangerous to innocent citizens who do nothing but exercise their constitutional rights!

Like then , the current Neo-Brown Shirts show complete disdain for the will of the people who voted in a lawful election.  That matters not to them, the only thing that matters to them is that they push their agenda down your throats. Their current issue is “gay marriage” but worry not, becasue if that ever becomes the law of the land they will find something else. I don’t know what but it could be that they might just want you pay some sort of reparations or even undergo treatment to cure your “heterosexuality”. After all but for your reproductive functions the earth would still be pristine would it not you homocentric heterosexual  polluter you.

Back to the subject. Its no coincidence that now, like then the socialists- Hitler then, the likes of Nancy Pelosi now- are using homosexuals to attack society and democracy! The rapid demise  of the Weimarcht republic was brought about using the homosexual Brown Shirts as shock troops and they are being used again for the same purpose. The difference is that this war is not one of street battles, like I said , not yet anyway, but it’s more of a cultural war, a war of misinformation and intimidation and  destruction of our societal values. Once again homosexuals are at the forefront of this destruction as they were in Germany and no it isn’t the first time that they attacked out institutions.  It doesn’t matter that thee homosexuals who infiltrated the Catholic church were not organized or centralized the effects were the same as if they had been sent out with specific instructions from the Comintern. The young children whose lives were permanently mutilated by the pedophile homosexuals were then used by other arms of the socialist hydra to attempt to destroy the Catholic Church. But wait, don’t you dare call them homosexuals they were only pedophiles who ahhh…only liked boys.  Fresh of that shameful episode – to them in fact a joyous victory- the homosexual community set it’s sites on the Boy Scouts seeking to destroy yet another of our most cherished institutions. Fortunately the Boy Scouts stood firm and the country rallied around them and we were able to stave off , at least for now, the homosexual  infection of the Boy Scouts.

Below is a courageous article by Rick Santorum in which he describes how the “neo-brown shirts” – my words not his- intimidate and attempt to humiliate Californians who voted for the natural God given institution of marriage. That they are able to do this is as much our fault as anyone’s. We as a society chose to look the other way and even accept the perversion and aberration that is homosexuality now we reap the results of our weakness.

The Elephant in the Room: No way to preach tolerance

Opponents of same- sex marriage have faced persecution in California.

Kids need a mom and a dad. Californians who think the state’s marriage law should reflect this deeply held belief were forced to appeal directly to the people, with a 2008 referendum to overturn a state Supreme Court decision legalizing same-sex marriage. Proposition 8, an amendment to the state constitution defining marriage as being between one man and one woman, passed easily.

The reaction of some Prop 8 opponents – the self-proclaimed champions of tolerance – was swift and fierce. They moved to harass and persecute Prop 8 supporters.

Groups such as the misnamed “Californians Against Hate” published blacklists of Prop 8 backers that included supporters’ names and addresses. Prop 8 advocates became the target of harassing protests, phone calls, e-mails, and mailings.

A flier distributed in one town featured a photo of one Prop 8 backer, his name, the amount of his donation, and the name of his (Catholic) church. Next to his photo was the word “Bigot.”

Some Prop 8 campaign donors had to resign from their jobs or take leaves of absence to protect their employers and colleagues. Top officials of California Musical Theatre and the Los Angeles Film Festival were forced to resign just because they had donated in support of Prop 8.

That wasn’t all. These warriors for the oppressed also made a point of going after pro-Prop 8 Mormons and their church.

While this ugliness was exploding across California, the anti-Prop 8 forces also ran to the state courts to overturn the people’s will. They claimed – get this – that the amendment to the state constitution violated the state constitution.

But not even a state Supreme Court with a habit of rewriting the constitution would accept this illogical absurdity. It upheld Prop 8.

If the reliably progressive activists on the state Supreme Court couldn’t be counted on, where to go? How about going before a sympathetic federal district court judge in San Francisco to challenge Prop 8 as violating the U.S. Constitution?

Federal Judge Vaughn Walker has accepted the Prop 8 opponents’ assertion that constitutionality hinges on the attitudes of voters, not legal arguments and precedents. So he has consistently ruled in their favor, turning this trial into another instance of harassment of Prop 8 supporters.

Consider Walker’s precedent-breaking rulings in the trial, which began last month:

He decided that Prop 8 proponents should be subjected to questioning about their personal beliefs on marriage and sexuality.

He ordered Prop 8 proponents to disclose private communications about never-used campaign messages.

He directed the Prop 8 campaign to turn over copies of all internal records and e-mail messages on campaign strategy.

He refused not only to demand any of these things of the proposition’s opponents, but also to so much as rule on a motion related to that issue.

He subjected one proponent to humiliation for his concerns about homosexuality, as written in private e-mails to friends – in Chinese.

He allowed witnesses for opponents of the proposition to air their “expert” opinions that homosexuals have been discriminated against, that they feel bad when society does not validate their relationships, and that the passage of Prop 8 echoed historical bigotry foisted on society by religious zealots.

He even allowed one witness to testify that his parents tried to change his sexual orientation. The witness was a gay Colorado man who had never lived in California or been exposed to any Proposition 8 campaign messages.

In light of the campaign of harassment and intimidation of Prop 8 proponents, Walker’s most contemptible ruling would have had this show trial broadcast worldwide. The U.S. Supreme Court found he probably violated court rules in his attempt to take part in a “pilot project” allowing cameras in the courtroom.

The Supreme Court blocked the effort, but by then Prop 8 supporters had lost two-thirds of their expert witnesses, who feared they would be harassed and blacklisted.

California’s voters have spoken. The only point of Walker’s rigged trial is to convince appellate courts that voters who passed Proposition 8 are intolerant bigots. But an honest look at the behavior of both sides over the past year tells a very different story.

For Christians, a visit to the Holy Catacombs of San Callisto transforms into a pilgrimage as soon as you descend the first step. It takes but seconds for the spiritual force of the Holy Catacombs to envelop you and make you understand that this is no mere tourist destination, but rather a place from which few emerge the same as they entered, and some attest that the changes are  spiritual as well as physical.

Carved into the volcanic rock, are an inordinate number of tiny tombs barely large enough to accommodate an infant.

If you go there unprepared for any of this, as I was, the effects of San Callisto on your being will be as evident as they will be uplifting and surprising .  Truth be told, unless you have been there before or you have spoken with those who have, I am not sure that it’s easy to be prepared for the overwhelming experience that awaits you.  Shiny and slick travel brochures mention nothing of this and in fact most treat the Holy Catacombs as just something to do when touring the Via Appia Antica.

The catacombs, however, will draw you in and will let you know that maybe just maybe, perhaps your entire journey to Rome was made just so that you could descend into this Holy place and walk the same hallowed ground walked by so many martyrs and devout Christians and to say a prayer in the place where so many of them were laid to rest. Along with the seven Martyred Popes entombed at San Callisto, Martyred Deacons and of course the martyred Saint Cecilia, the patron saint of musicians and church music, the tombs of unknown numbers of the faithful line the walls and many more are buried beneath the floors.  My God, how can anyone emerge from there unaffected?

But as you continue on your all too short pilgrimage through the public areas of the catacombs there is another site also not mentioned in any of the travel brochures that strikes you and really brings to life – so real you can touch it and see it – the nature of the struggle which will only end with the end of days. There, carved into the volcanic rock, are an inordinate number of tiny tombs barely large enough to accommodate an infant. And that’s just what they are, the infants’ tombs of San Callisto.

In ancient Rome,  in lieu of abortion, infanticide was practiced liberally. In Rome the most common form of infanticide was just simple abandonment. As barbaric as that is in other parts of the ancient pagan world the preferred form of  infanticide took on more sinister and vicious forms.

The Carthaginians, killed their infants in sacrifices to their gods . Plutarch tell us that those Carthaginians who had no children to offer in sacrifice would go out and buy the children of the poor to offer to the gods, “and cut their throats as if they were so many lambs or young birds; meanwhile their mothers stood by without a tear or a moan” Moralia2.17

The tsunami  of infant blood that washed over humanity since ancient times  was staved off by Christianity.

The infant’s tombs of at the Holy Catacombs of San Callisto are real world evidence of how this monumental struggle for the very future of humanity was fought and won. It’s also living proof that the swords and spears and  flames, of the pagans were feeble and meaningless in the face of the  mighty weapons wielded by Christians. For you see, this battle was won with love and faith.

The infant’s tombs at San Callisto were the final resting place of many of the unfortunate abandoned infants of ancient Rome. Collected by Christians, abandoned infants were lovingly cared for and nursed back to health and baptized as Christians. Those that could not be saved were given a Christian burial in the catacombs. That the number of infant tombs isn’t exponentially higher is a testament to the lives saved by the early Christians.

Is it even possible to estimate the benefit to humanity accomplished by these early Christians?  Of course not, like all of God’s acts we can, if lucky, just wonder with humble appreciation.

Though they were pretty worthless at patrolling, they made up for it by being vicious and cruel. If you got caught by one of these patrols, being turned in to the detention centers would be the least of your worries, especially if you were a female. These guys turned few people in to the over-packed detention centers. Instead, the bodies would show  up days later and the popo would just file it under whatever. Usually, the MO was to file them as victims of right-wing militias though she really had no clue what that meant as she had never seen any of those.  Rumor had it that the government turned a blind eye to the killings and the rapes, because they had no place to put anymore detainees anyway.

She let herself daydream or maybe she was dreaming outright, having fallen asleep at the corner.  After all, she hadn’t slept since God only knows when. Anyway, only the stupid got caught by those slobs and if they  somehow managed to corner her she promised herself to make it the worst day of their miserable lives.  She crouched low, like a sprinter in the starting gates and peeked around the wall again. They were still there shooting the shit. There were more than two, but she couldn’t tell if there were three or four. She’d have to move from there, cross the street and disappear in the darkness on the other side.  She waited for a disturbance. The rare passing of an occasional truck, a gust of wind blowing towards her and away from the Civilian Volunteer Force (CVP) patrol, or something else – anything to give her some cover. A couple of blocks away a dog barked and as the CVP patrol hurled curses at  it she blasted off strong and silent like a panther. One of the CVP patrolmen thought that he saw something and took a couple of steps towards the intersection, but after staring into the darkness for a while thought better of venturing in. “Nothing” he muttered in response to his comrades’ inquisitive gazes.

She ran without turning around. Too many got caught turning around to see if they were being followed. If you were actually followed, what good would turning around do you anyway? Just run like the devil was chasing you because he was. And if you weren’t being followed, run hard  anyway just to stay sharp.

She finally stopped about three quarters of the way up the block and quickly ducked behind the concrete steps of an abandoned brownstone.  She  peeked to look from whence she came and liked what she saw. An empty,  quiet, and  dark late December  street. No one had followed her.  She walked along the driveway of the house jumped over the fence into the small backyard and again jumped the fence out of that yard and into that of the house behind it. She made her way to the street. It was as dark and empty as the one she came from, but she took no chances. Not here.  She was too close to home to make a mistake. She crouched down and listened.  She didn’t know how long she stayed there and it seemed to her that once again she may have dozed off and woke only because the cold shook her awake . She also  thought she had heard a noise.  She froze and listened. The noise came back, it was just her empty stomach growling.

The street was still dark and still silent as a tomb. She carefully dashed across and stopped again behind the stoop to listen. Again there was nothing and she thought about opening the locked chain linked fence, but with her fingers numb from the cold she decided jumping the fence was a better idea. So she did, went to the backyard, and walked down to the basement door of the house. She knocked five times, but there was no answer. She didn’t worry. Todd  had gone out too and was probably just hung up somewhere.  He often stopped to hear the latest scuttlebutt and see who else was around. She had no need for any of that, but never held it against him. Her cold fingers finally opened the door and she pulled out a small flash light. After she closed the door behind her she followed the thin light beam to another set of stairs leading down to a windowless sub-basement, and let herself collapse into the old worn couch and fall asleep hp;domg out hope that when Todd came home he’d bring back food. She made it home.

It is not my intention to disparage or in any way offend the followers of any other religion mentioned in this article. All  I am trying to do is  to stand up and expose the attacks on Christianity while at the same time reaffirm the indispensable role that Christianity played in the evolution of western democracy.

That Christians are under attack  right here in America  is no mystery. What is less evident is that the attacks come  not just from the ACLU and similar far left snakes but also from certain  neo-cons on talk radio and even some on  Fox News.

ACLU

I am sure that by now you’ve all heard that because of an  ACLU suit against the Santa Rosa County School District, and the subsequent terms of the settlement, Pace High School  Principal Frank Lay and Athletic Director Robert Freeman  are both facing jail time. They stand accused of committing  a prayer on the premises of the school.

Under the terms of the same settlement, the ACLU also prevented the senior class President and  student body President from  speaking to their fellow graduates during the graduation ceremony.  President Mary Allen is known to her Pace High School community to be a Christian. Because of that  she was therefore denied her opportunity to speak in fear that  she might say something, well, Christian!

The outrage form the Christians on this issue is palpable, but what is deafening is the silence form the other major religions. Is it at all possible to understate the danger that this poses to our country? Is it at all possible to understate  the danger that this poses to Jews? The answer to both questions is a resounding NO! Expounding on the clear and present danger that this presents to all other religions is the subject for another post, God willing, but let’s remember Pastor Martin Niemöller’s poem  (1892–1984) about the inactivity of German elites and intellectuals as  the Nazis rose to power and then purged their chosen targets, group after group. This short incredible poem shatters forever the illusion that getting in bed with the devil wil keep you warm and safe

“First they came for the Communists, and I didn’t speak up, because I wasn’t a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn’t speak up, because I wasn’t a Jew. Then they came for the Catholics, and I didn’t speak up, because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me, and by that time there was no one left to speak up for me.”

That should be a clarion call to all Christians and I am sure that it will be, but as I said  that is a topic for a different post.

Believing that this latest outrage is but the opportunistic  skin rash that betrays a weakened immune system, this post is  the first in what I hope to be a long series  of articles that will treat the issue from a more fundamental perspective .

More Subtle Attacks

The reality is that as the attacks that come from outside of our conservative culture garner all the headlines, more subtle  attacks happen everyday from a perverse fifth column planted firmly in the middle of the conservative movement. That many of the participants may be unwitting does in no way lessen the corrosive effects of their actions.

(Note: Here in the NYC metropolitan region I get my talk show fix from WOR and WABC. The following comments apply to those two stations.)

For example, if you are a regular listener of  WABC  talk shows,  ask yourself when was a the last time you heard the word Christian being uttered from any of the big three or four  neo-con talk show hosts on that network? (WOR is only slightly  better and that’s due  mostly to  Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly.)

Let me assure that you probably didn’t hear it in quite some time. What you’ve heard instead was the neo-con approved  permanently hyphenated- at least in their minds- version of it.  The only way that the neo-cons at WABC are allowed to utter the word Christians is if they hyphenated it to  the word “Judeo”. Thus, currently, all that you are permitted to hear from  conservative talk  radio is “Judeo-Christian”. The  word Christian by itself  no longer exists in their vocabulary.

This type of attack is  much more dangerous than the sum of all the ACLU actions put together.  The effect of this repetitive denial of Christianity’s originality and exceptionality is like an infection that creeps up on you slowly until, sapped of strength and not thinking straight, you surrender to the disease.

Recently, the Christian tradition of democracy and freedom in America has been erroneously renamed the “Judeo-Christian tradition.”

Nothing could be further form the truth. Democracy, as we know it in the West is a distinctly Christian phenomena that occurred not because of any Judeo influence, but becasue of the unique exceptional characteristics of Christianity.

The seed of our modern western democracy was planted  out when our Lord and Savior instructed us to ” give unto Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s ” (Luke 20:20-26)

That simple command represented a further break and departure from  Judaism and any other religion whose dogma and theology is based on a set of rules and laws which are interchangeable and perhaps seek to surpass  the civil laws of a country.

The New Testament thus  told us  that we can live a life respectful of civil laws and at the same time live a Christian spiritual life. Hundreds of years later this separation of spiritual life and civil life allowed western Europeans to move away from a patriarchal elitist society and lay the ground work for modern democracy.

How, without Luke 20:20-26, would it be possible to deny Church leaders the right to rule nations?  It wouldn’t be possible, becasue the simplest of logic would dictate that the holiest of men should also be the leader of the country.

There is no such declaration in Judaism, and if you are a devoted Jew, your hope and aspiration  is that your nation will be run according to Talmudic law.  Is Talmudic law predisposed to democracy? No, in fact it is the opposite. It is very much a pro-communal set of laws and very much authoritarian. Far from being something to be shunned, these laws ensured the survival of Jewish tribes throughout a long and tumultuous history that included innumerable wars and persecutions of monstrous proportions. Only with a strong set of laws that emphasize  communality and sacrifice for the good of the community were  the Jews able to survive as a people.  However, as  it happens  all too often, misguided interpretation or religious teachings  leads to Utopian ideals that in turn result in untold tragedy. It is not mere coincidence that the foremost communist thinkers were and are Jews.

Modern democracy was founded by  Christians freed to do so by our Lord as related in  Luke 20:20-26.

That most of us know little of the true Christian roots of our democracy is not accidental. The Christian tradition of  modern democracy has long been thrown out of school’s curriculum and has long been denied even by so called conservative authors. One such  “conservative ” is Mark Levin, the author of the current neoconservative book de jour “Liberty and Tyranny”.

Rush Limbaugh’s hyperbole aside, the book is mostly a sophomoric exercise  in regurgitating certain conservative principles while at the same time giving them a dull patina of modern neo-conservatism.  This is not a review of the book.  I would just  like to point out that while the book has nary  a mention of  “Christian values” it is chuck full of  “Judeo-Christian” values. Surely, Mr Levin, there has to be a single solitary little ol’ Christian value that managed to work its way into a nation founded and defended with so much blood by Christians. I am wondering how is it  that Mr. Levin managed to not find even one such “value”.  Worse, Mark Levin advances the lie that, as he puts it “at least two Founders, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin, are widely believed to have been Deists”.  Of course. Mr. Levin fails to mention that the same people who “widely believe”  the two Founders to be deists are the very same people who donate heavily to the ACLU, vote for the likes of  Barrack Obama, Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi, and have epileptic seizures if they see a cross in the public square.  In other words, atheists and assorted other leftists.

To continue to pound the drum beat of “Judeo-Christianity” is to, at best , deny the uniqueness of Christianity and at worst to be  disingenuous. To what purpose is this falsehood promoted is anyone’s guess,  but does anything good ever come of perpetuating lies?  It makes no sense to  justify denying Christianity’s originality through  constant hyphenation because Judaism predates Christianity and was the religion into which our Lord and Saviour was born man. If historical precedence is your criteria  why not just call it Zoroastrian-Judeo-Christiantiy? After all Zoroastrianism predates Judaism and there is very strong  evidence that Judaism has borrowed much from the Zoroastrians and may have even originated among the million or so Jews that lived in Babylon and were Zoroastrians.   Do you see anyone referring to Judaism  as  “Zoroastrian-Judaism”?  Of course not. That would be silly.   To say that Christianity’s unique exceptionalism  is somehow Judaic in nature is akin to crediting feudalism with the creation of democracy.

We will soon see that among the Founders,  Jefferson and Franklin were especially devoted Christians. But to understand how we arrived at that fateful moment when, quoting his  good friend Phillip Mazzei , the great Thomas Jefferson stated that “all men are created equal” we must journey much further back in time. In our journey we will meet other devout Christians on whose shoulders our founding fathers stood to raise high the flag of democracy!

I am by no means an expert in the field, so God willing we will all learn together.

I’m watching the videos streaming from Iran and I can’t help but think back to the most monumental manifestation of humanity’s natural need and love of freedom, the fall of the USSR and the dismantling of the Iron Curtain.

Least you forgot and the ‘drivel by media” certainly hopes that you did forget and are doing all possible that those who don’t know never will,  here are some videos of those revolutions . The look and feel of what’s happening now in Iran is identical to what occurred back then. I have to tell you that when you see this many people in the street the end game is the same. Change will be inevitable, whether its in Russia in the thirties, US in the sixties, Europe and China in the late eighties  the result is the same. The status quo will not last long.

I have no idea what Iran will look like five years from now,  or whether or not it will be a nation friendly to the US , no one does,  but I do believe that it will look very different than it does today. The change may be as immediate and evident  as the Bolshevik takeover or the overthrow of the same  some fifty years later  Its possible that it may take on a more evolutionary form such as modern day China or morph into a long term erosion such as that conducted by the left in the US since the sixties.  The mullahs would do well to understand this reality and facilitate a peaceful transition but I really doubt that that  will be the case . A little over a month and a half ago  the world watched with glee as India’s voters buried their leftist parties, including that country’s  communist party, under the trash heap of history.  India set off an avalanche that is sweeping the globe!
In England, Gordon  Brown lost four of his most vicious left wing cabinet members, including the demented  British Home Secretary, Jacqui “happy endings” Smith  to various scandals. Brown himself barely survived the weekend as opponents from within his own party tried to stage a coup.

EU Parliament

The European Parliament probably dealt the left the most humiliating defeat since the collapse of the Berlin Wall and the USSR. Conservatives in France, Germany, Italy and Poland emerged winners in the voting to select the European Parliament’s 736 deputies while the left was sent packing.

Argentina

In Argentina Old Wise Latino Woman President Christina Fernandez, whose political accomplishments include nationalizing  billions of dollars in private pension funds and the country’s top airline, was dealt a swift and unambiguous defeat. Fernandez tried to stave off an anticipated  massive defeat by holding the elections four months early. Alas it was in vain for the the results were just as disastrous. Her own husband, former President Nestor Kirchner, couldn’t even win a  bid for a seat from Buenos Aires province.

Honduras

In Hoduras, the country’s leftist president, wanted to change the nation’s constitution. In a move that reminds me of the post presidential musings of the former president Bill Clinton, the Honduran President Manuel Zeleya attempted to find a way to get himself eleced more often than the constitution allows. The military, at the behest of the country’s judicial branch, including the Supreme Court, with full approval of the Honduran Congress, arrested the leftist would be dictator Zeleya and unceremoniously deposited him in Costa Rica.

Iran

Then of course there is Iran.  The left has successfully managed to convince the world that so called “religious governments” are  somehow “right wing”. Nothing is further from the truth. The centralized planning lack of freedom, and persecution of it population that characterizes the Mullah rued Iran g is identical to that experienced by the hundreds of millions of people that were subjugated to the leftist  communist and regimes world wide. Iran’s street battles are evidence that freedom and individual rights are universal. Further proof that the right identifies more with the struggle of the Iranian people is the unforgivable attitude that the Obama administration has adopted towards the murderous Iranina regime and its leaders.

Virginia Gubernatorial Race

Least you think that this is a ‘foreign’ phenomena allow me to draw you attention to the Virginia Gubernatorial race. While the general election is still months away, the liberals in Virginia already lost!
That’s right, the liberals got their collective butts kicked up to their shoulder blades even in the Democrat primaries. In a field that included former Clintonista  “fac totum”  Terry McAluff,” the punk” as Rush so aptly named him, the one lone self professed “Conservative Democrat”, R. Creigh Deeds, won and won big.  Deeds got almost twice the number of votes that Terry “the punk” McAulife did and over twice that of the third place finisher.  As if that’s not bad enough, for the lib socialists, the republican candidate is leading in the polls by over 10%.

Bulgaria.

The people of Bulgaria  voted out the Socialists and gave the conservative party a clear mandate to bring the country out of the economic quagmire which has seen its per capita GDP drop to last place in the European Union.

Moldova

After violent and massive protests which included students raiding the parliament building the ruling communist party was forced to at least go trough the motion of recounting the votes before declaring themselves the winner.

Albania

After day there is till no clear winner however as of right now, with all the precincts having been counted  the incumbent Democrat party is ahead of the Socialist by about 1% of the votes. That an incumbent Democrat Party , in this case  the conservative party, can hold its own and probably win, in the face of a very adverse economic climate, is vivid proof that the people of Albania want to turn their back on the socialist agenda and join the European Union.

Cheney Vs Pelosi

Further proving  that the country may have had enough of the liberals the latest Gallup polls show that Cheney , fresh off the proper spanking that he delivered to Obama, has seen his popularity shoot up higher than Pelosi’s.
I find it embarrassing for us as a country that the Drivel-by-Media has managed to bamboozle the populous into thinking that a man as thoughtful, serious , intelligent and through as Cheney is should even be on the same playing field as Pelosi  but maybe we are coming around. As for Pelosi, what can we say? The woman can stick the collective foot of her entire constituency hip-deep down her throat and the media will never do anything other than bow in adulation. That in spite of all of that Cheney is polling ahead of her shows that America has finally realized that indeed Pelosi’s  Botox  has penetrated her cranium and all she can do now is belch gas so noxious it can make the most constipated bovine jealous.

Obama’s polls are still up, not that much but up none the less.  Note however that even Oprah’s The One had to silently, like  a thief in the night, order US forces to “Mirandize” terrorists in Afghanistan. Even the charlatan from Chicago knows that if he did this in the light of day, say maybe announce it in his Cairo’s speech, his poll numbers would drop faster than Pelosi’s face once the Botox wears off. The left is on the run, their disastrous policies are already coming back to bite them, if only the Republicans would find a leader with a back bone. ( Instead we got Michael “de facto” Steel)

American Dream, American Hero

Lets take a quick look at the two American Dreams, one the hyphenated version the other the beautiful real version that has made this nation great.

Example A: American Dream, Frank Ricci Firefighter New Haven Ct.

Mr Ricci is a fire fighter in Hew Haven Connecticut. As a Fire fighter Mr. Frank Ricci is ready to risk his life every day to save the lives and property of the 125,000 or so citizens of the city of New Haven. Here is the demographic racial makeup of New Haven  as per Wikipedia: The racial makeup of the city is 43.46% White, 37.36% African American, 0.43% Native American, 3.90% Asian, 0.06% Pacific Islander, 10.89% from other races, and 3.91% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino residents of any race were 21.39% of the population. Non-Hispanic whites made 35.57% of the population.

As you can see, according to the demographics alone , on any given day Mr. Frank Ricci will risk his life to save minorities at a higher rate than  whites. Further more  arson and fire rates are usually much much higher in minority neighborhoods, and  as such Mr.Ricci is risking his life to save minorities at an exponentially higher rate than he does to save whites.  A dedicated hero, Mr.Ricci wanted nothing more than to continue to serve the city and the community founded by his ancestors. Like all who excel in any field Mr. Ricci had the burning desire to help others achieve the same expertise that he has and to that end he sought promotion to a command position.

That promotion, as the whole world knows by now, is based in large part on taking a test and scoring well on it. Suffering with dyslexia Mr. Ricci has a tremendously hard time studying for and taking exams. With the characteristic tenacity and dedication that most firefighters display on a daily basis Mr.Ricci persevered in the face of such daunting odds. He spent his own money to purchase tutorial books to preapare for the exam. To make up for the dyslexia he hired, with his own money, a person to read and record the books so that he could study the material by listening to it and thus somewhat nullify the effects of dyslexia. Never once did Mr.Ricci  request special treatment for his dyslexia challenge.  Even so, getting high marks on the exam meant  often studying thirteen hour days which is exactly what he did . He was successful , and scored the highest grade on that  test.

Obama and Sotomayor Defeated

Sonya Sotomayor’s family came to America from Puerto Rico and ended up living on our dime in New York City’s public housing. Her living expenses and her education were largely paid for by American people, at that time over 89% white. She went on to Princeton University, an IV league school funded at least in part by the same overwhelmingly white American public. Because she was a minority her grades and test scores  did not have to be as good as those of a white kid who was denied entrance so that a much less qualified student, Sotomayor, could get in. Her grades at Princeton were again shall we say, not stellar, and yet , again she was admitted to Yale School of Law, again based on her minority status and again denying a better qualified white student the opportunity.  Her legal career was a mirror image of her – and Obama’s for that matter- scholastic career. In spite of reports form colleagues that she just isn’t all that smart she was  promoted and appointed to higher office by both Republican and Democrat appeasers. The results are evident of her lack of qualifications as she has had a inordinate high number of reviewed judgments overturned. Liberal web sites admit to 60% of the reviewed judgments having been overturned while Judicial Confirmation Network has an add claiming 100% overturn record. Its hard to come up with a number because often Sotomayor displays the typical cowardice of those driven by leftist political agendas and refuses to sign many of the opinions attributed to her, including the Ricci case.

Just as we see with Obama  those who have advanced in school or in their careers as a result of unfair advantages eventually end up a disaster. From Obama to Rice to Sotoamyor, when put front and center on the world stage, affirmative action recipients are found more often than not  very much wanting. On the other hand those like Mr. Ricci who, with dedication and drive overcome real handicaps succeed on their own merit become true inspirational heroes. Mr. Frank Ricci has done just that and more.

If his fight will help us to stave off the election of yet another racist, America hating, incompetent justice on the Supreme Court then this country owes  him a  debt of the highest gratitude. ( After all isn’t Ginsburg enough?)

Congress party supporters dance in celebration

The Indian Market is up 17% today. The reason? In yesterday’s election the Congress Party utterly dismantled that country’s left wing cancer including India’s Communist Party.

Markets throughout the world also reacted with great enthusiasm, here we are up 197, all the Euros are up as well as China and the Hang Seng. It seems that the world has had enough of the left.

As I read about Jay Severin’s suspension from Boston’s WTKK-FM I couldn’t help but wonder – has there ever been a DJ or talk show host or celebrity or politician that was suspended or fired for making derogatory remarks against whites? I sure can’t remember any?

We all know that there have been quite a few that were fired and/or suspended for making comments that either were or were interpreted to be be derogatory against Hispanics, Jews, blacks or orientals, but it seems that there were none against whites. Now I find this interesting. Are we to assume that all non-white pundits and commentators are an angelic, blameless lot? Hardly. Is it that whites are so blatantly evil that we deserve to be so treated? Let’s keep in mind that the people who are behind all the resignation and suspension demands are the very same ones who also refuse to address those who target and kill innocent children and pregnant women as terrorists. Surely whites deserve at least as much.

Reich and Obama. No Reich is not sitting down.

When was the last time that anyone called for Holder to be fired for calling whites “racial cowards?” Holder is black of course.   So does being black somehow make you genetically incapable of making racially derogatory comments? Apparently it does and, therefore, Holder was just using the term with  loving and supportive intentions?

When was the last time anyone called for Robert Reich to be fired for stating in Congress that white construction workers should not be given jobs? Reich is not white but a Semite. I guess that like blacks, Jews are yet another group genetically incapable of making racially derogatory comments.

When Brazilian prime minister Lula (no really that’s his name) blamed the financial collapse on “white people…with blonde hair and blue eyes” did anyone call for his resignation or suspension? No one – either here or in Brazil did any such thing. In fact Obama professed his love for him, stating that he considers Lula the most popular politician in the world – take that white devil you evil monster you . Like blacks, and Jews, I guess that Hispanics are also yet another group incapable of making racially derogatory (and inflammatory) remarks. All Lula did, of course, was “tell the truth” right?

During a lunch at the Group of 20 summit in London, Obama shook hands with President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and said: “This is my man, right here. I love this guy.” I really wonder why Obama was so enamored of Lula.

The list goes on.

Congresswoman Barbara Rose Collins mentioned, in passing, that “racism is so ingrained in American society that there’s nothing I can do about it. “I think God is going to have to burn it out of White people.” In another quote in the story, Collins said, “All White people, I don’t believe, are intolerant. That’s why I say I love the individuals, but I hate the race.” Of course, as we learned above this is not a derogatory statement because she is black and therefore genetically incapable of such things. And don’t you dare missinterpret  her statement  as an elected official “inciting to violence”.

She has been re-elected to the Detroit City Council, a few times, and her latest term is up this year.

And don’t you for a second consider that her constituents are racists because they too are mostly black and Hispanic and therefore , well, see above.

When Jay Z, fresh off the special invitation issued to him by the Obamas to attend the inauguration in the VIP tent, went on to compose the rap classic “no more white lies, my president is black,” not a single media outlet called for a boycott of his records or of his label. The reason is because  like Holder, his racist remarks  were  not meant in any derogatory way at all.  Blacks are genetically incapable of that, it was just the truth (of course, now we just get black lies but that’s another story for another post.)

Sonia Sotomayor

Then, of course, we have Sonia Sotomayor the “judge” on the short list for Oabama’s supreme court nomination.

Hartford Connecticut white firefighters were refused promotion because they were able to pass tests which blacks did not. Sotomayor’s court agreed with the lower court’s decision to throw out the test scores because only whites and one Hispanic passed but no blacks. You see, Sotomayor is of Puerto Rican descent and, therefore as a Hispanic is genetically incapable of.. oh just see above.

I wish someone had asked Sotomayoer, under what circumstances is a white man better qualified to render a judgment that an “old hispanic woman” but alas no one had the balls to ask -not one but Conunderground.com  that is. I guess we’ll have to simply take aher at their  word and understand that old Hispanic women are better than white man to deliver judgments.

And as the case is reaching the Supreme Court of The United States of America, Obama and Mr Holder are recommending that the case not be granted cert (certiorari), in other words, not even be heard. Now don’t get all excited, as you’ve read above, Mr. Holder the Attorney General of the United States is black and so is Obama and therefore genetically incapable of …oh just see above again.

So in closing, not that there are no derogatory terms against whites, they just don’t exist…ahhh…wait what …hmmmm?

Jay Z and Obama, "no more white lies my president is black"

Sure we can ridicule the gaffes and the inability to string together ten words without the TOTUS (how did this guy finish Harvard, anyway?). But as far as the plethora of questionable policies, the moniker “mistake” might be inaccurate.

If we view the astonishing consistency, the frequency, the seeming utter disregard for the practically inevitable disasters which will result from theses policies, through the twisted prism of the radical left, and if we add to that mix the administration’s unofficial but stated motto – “never let a crisis go to waste” – then the past 100 days become a much more sinister skeleton of the monster that this administration will flesh out in the years to come.

For you see, what to you and I might seem a series of “mistakes,” to them is probably simply a not so linear means of reaching their goal. And if it’s borne out of sheer incompetence, well, quite frankly, who cares? Who is going to point it out? The bloggers? Who is going to hold them responsible? No one. After all, we have to let them save us from the crisis du jour even if it was created by their own abject stupidity. If not, well, the financial system will collapse, or the world will end or lambs will lie down with lions, so stop asking questions you dumb redneck and let Obama and Rahm Emmanuel save you.

Never let a crisis go to waste

If the line of departure is the freakishly demented statement “never let a crisis go to waste,” an industrious dictatorship (and most are very much so at least before they grab total power) will not merely sit on their hands waiting for such a “crisis” to fall into their lap, they will go out to look for one. If one isn’t readily available, they will try to create one. And if, because in the age of instant news cycles, overtly creating a crisis will get you impeached, then the very least you can do is just plant the seed of a crisis and nourish it behind the scenes and soon you’ll reap the rewards. If the price of that is that some segment of the populous thinks you incompetent, so be it. It’s a minuscule price to pay. Besides, that segment can be dealt with once power is consolidated. For now, you can just put them on the DHS “watch” list because they oppose abortion or because they gather at Tea Parties or because they are veterans. You see at this stage they still need a pretext. They can’t yet put us on the watch list because we are white or because we disagree with Obama, but have just a bit of patience, at this rate it won’t take long.

Flu hope

The template for this is playing out as you are reading this very article in the way the administration is reacting to the flu pandemic. It has been over two weeks since the first Swine Flu deaths were reported and yet even to this date the administration response has been to tell us that “ I fully expect that we will see deaths from this infection …in this country” and “if you have fever stay home” . That’s it. No border closings. No quarantine for travelers from Mexico. Not even checkpoints at the borders. Just stay home and hope that you don’t croak. How else to interpret this but as another attempt to create the Obama/Rahm Emanuel elusive crisis to not be missed. Mike Savage, hit it right on the head when he said that they are trying ” to make the country safe for the flu virus”.

Taliban Nukes

Sure, the flu is something that really just fell in their lap and sure they’ll make the best of it, but it’s just one aspect of the industrious perhaps intentional incompetence of this administration. It isn’t the only one and believe it or not it isn’t the most dangerous. Consider if you will, that no sooner did Obama show the world that he is a weak incompetent man then within a few short weeks did the Taliban come within a quick burkha clad run of Islamabad. Having demented talibs in charge of a rogue but stone age nation like Afghanistan caused us so much death and destruction and is largely responsible for the current worldwide economic collapse. Now, imagine please the holocaust that having them in control of Pakistan’s nukes will create. I know you may not have heard of this because the media just doesn’t think it all that important. Do you remember how they foamed at the mouth not so long ago because W was somehow responsible for Musaref not going hard enough after the Taliban? Well, now that they got within 60 miles of Islamabad, I guess it’s all peachy because I hear so little of it in the drive-by-media.

Wait, we aren’t done!

What possible reason is there for publishing the secret CIA memos regarding the interrogation techniques? To say that we don’t use torture? OK, fine say it and get it done with, but to actually publish the exact details serves no purpose other than to turn it into a terrorist training manual. You can bet your bottom dollar that as you read this AlQaida is conducting training courses on how to resist the silly Americans. It’s interesting to note that just a few short months ago on every font page and on every news channel we were told that ALQaida is reconstituted and that we are in more danger then ever before. It’s also interesting to note that the cycle of major AlQaida attacks is 7 to 9 years and we now jus t entered the most dangerous window of that cycle. What then to make of the timing and seeming hell bent determination of this administration to train terrorists on how to resist our interrogations? Another administration “mistake” of course, but the pattern is very clear. All these “mistakes” are made in one direction, that which will lead to chaos and misery and give them a chance to advance their goal towards dictatorial powers.

The first 100 days of this administration have been marred by gaffes and failures and embarrassments but they are making up for it by laying the ground work and planting the seeds of their ultimate success and our freedom’s ultimate defeat. And they are just getting started.
