Can we help Mexico?
In Mexico there are 150 reported fatalities from the Swine Flu. In other parts of the world it seems that the flu is not fatal or at least no where near as fatal as in Mexico. We need answers as to why this is and what should be done to help Mexico.
It may be that the strain has mutated into a less dangerous one and that is what is spreading throughout the world. It may also be that the overall health of Mexicans, including their immune systems, is no where near that of other countries. If that’s the case why don’t we provide vitamins or other supplements to Mexico to help them strengthen the immune systems in the most affected population areas? Its the humane thing to do and its also the cost effective thing to do, yet I don’t even hear of the beginnings of a plan to do this and its a shame.
