Australian firm CLS Ltd. began tests of their Mexican Swine Flu virus on 240 adults.

US based Baxter International, Switzerland’s Novartis  and another Australian company Sanofi-Aventis SA are also planning to enter human test trials in August.

Experts warn that each person will  probably need two shots to provide immunity .

In these trials CSL is giving , volunteers aged 18 to 64 years two shots, three weeks apart, to determine how many doses are needed to get the right level of protection, David said.
