By now you’ve heard of the poor man killed by the two Oakland scum bags. I won’t go into the details here you can just read up on it at this link.
The two scum bags, both black, will be charged with murder but not with a hate crime. I am not sure how many blacks if any have been charged with hate crimes, I guess that every one of the 500,000 per year violent crimes that make up the differential of black on white violent crimes is committed by otherwise angelic, understanding and tolerant blacks. The judge, Alameda County’s very much dishonorable Judge Robert McGuiness a registered RINO appointed by the RINO Governor of Kalifornia Arnold Shwatshisface, agreed with the prosecutors and used absolutely unimpeachable logic to come to the conclusion that indeed there was no “hate crime” committed – I guess it was done out of love.
The reasoning for not adding the hate crime -other than that hate crime charges seem to apply only to whites– was that the two scum bag alleged murderers assaulted a black man as well as a white man in years past, so of course that absolutely disqualifies him from being racist

For the first time since the Civil War racism has been codified and approved in the United State of America but this time the racism is against whites.
This didn’t come out of the blue it has been building and festering for years and it has been doing that because we allowed to.
We don’t care that the federal government can now prosecute Americans based on what they said. In fact the Feds can even prosecute based on what you think or on what they think that you thought during the commission of the crime !
That is exactly what the state of Kalifornia saying! The state of Kalifornia is basing their judgment of the two murder suspect on what they think were the thoughts of the two blacks who killed the poor Asian man. As proof Kalifornia, cites that the two were convicted of previous crimes perpetrated against a black man and a white man. Go ahead , argue with that!
Do you think that the DA and the Judge would return a similar verdict if a white suspect had done the same? Oh sure I can see it now. “No he will not be charged with a hate crime because he also attacked a Hispanic man before attacking a black man”
In Oakland the Asian community lives in fear and terror of attacks by blacks. Have you seen a special prosecutor appointed to investigate the possible infringement of the civil rights of the Asian community in Oakland? Of course not because the perpetrators are black and cannot possibly be racist.
The blood shed may subside for a little while but it will pick up again and it will much worse. How many times have you seen a bully back down unless kicked in the teeth? Never! As long as these attacks are allowed to continue and the city of Oakland and the state of Kalifornia and the Obama’s federal government REFUSE to add “hate crime” charges – and the mandatory additional jail time these charges carry – the attacks will continue!
The racism spewed by the left and by Obama’ close advisers and mentors has indeed “come home to roost!”
You do remember the “Jenna 6″ incident where 6 black athletes ambushed beat and sent a white kid to the emergency room. I don’t remember seeing any of the 6 charged with ” hate crime” do you? Of course not.
As Kaliforina goes so goes the nation? Yes unless you stop it! Unless we tell the demented liberals that enough is enough and that we will no longer tolerate racism of any kind including black racism this will continue and it will get worse!
